Officially launching in January 15, 2008, iroiromode.com is the online resource for iroiromode, an import gaming magazine planned for circulation sometime in 2008.

iroiromode.com will primarily focus on news and upcoming events occuring in the video game industry and its representatives, particularly from Japanese, Korean and Chinese gaming. However, there will also be some domestic coverage relating to any import games that gets localized for a U.S. release. The magazine will provide more event and upcoming titles coverage. As for reviews, there won’t be any direct reviews of titles provided, as online will be focused on daily news and print will be focused on industry events, features and other insider content.

iroiromode’s intent is to focus away from the usual hype-machine that has been tagged within video game journalism and to provide news and information while maintaining journalistic integrity and credibility.

The site’s current theme and design is a modification of “The Journalist” theme originated by Lucian Marin.
